v0.6.0.35 - New Dynamic Economy and Casino

Economy is now dynamic, with prices fluctuating depending on demand between traders. Lots of balancing with build/research costs and also haul amounts of your workers. Have also added the casino, another item that is useful to earn credits from your visitors.  Useful if you want to make your space station a tourist hot spot!

Quite a few bugs squashed in this update. Lots of GUI fixes (especially if running 125% font scale and non english languages) and a weird graphical issue where the game screen would turn white! Thankfully very rare but now fixed.
