v0.0.0.50 - Droid Update (part 1.5)

Hello,

Droid maintenance bay added for quick droid charging and a GUI overhaul (message board added).  Not quite the droid update 2 i wanted (hence the 1.5), maintenance only charges quicker at the moment, but at least the item is in.  Quite a few changes to the GUI:-  info of items is now bottom left,  message board top right (minimized/maximized functionality) and have cleared up the build windows, so easier to expand.

A reasonably small update, given the 1month+ since last update, but haven't had much spare time.  Have a few more hours now though, so with new message board system, it should be easy to get messages added to give a lot more feedback to players. Will need a scroll addition as well. Will also be working on droids, so next update will be a droid update 2, and be able to create droids at least. I really want to remove the spawn droids cheat via key press!  :D
