v0.0.0.67 - Time Controls

We now have time controls to alter game speed. Use keys 1,2,3 to set speed to x0.5, x1 or x2. Or click the play/pause button to cycle. Control icons also updated. Not sure my days/hours/mins counters quite fit right. May also add in x4 speed. Will definitely need some tweaking/balancing.

Also cleared up quite a few issues with movement (highlighted with speed changes from above). So no more droids stuck in walls (fingers crossed).

Fixed a bug with audio levels, when altering sfx/music balance.

Also placed a no build zone near the asteroid field. Would like to expand this to have an amber zone so can build, but there is a higher risk of damage. Need to implement hull damage first of course. Which is what i'm probably going to work on next.  Think i need to add some game play elements,  thinking along the lines of rogue meteroids, and items to protect your station - shields/guns or upgrade hull strength.
