v0.0.0.73 - Fuel and Air resources

Our refinery now outputs fuel and air. Which is pretty handy when you're alone in space!  We now have air and fuel storage to contain these new resources, and have updated our build menu so we have a separate storage section.

Life support now functions more realistically, so now uses the new air resource rather than magically creating. 

As we now have fuel, i've added a fuel cell to use that and give us a alternate power source. More power, but more expensive to build and it needs a steady supply of fuel.

Nice to add a few items to expand options. However there is now plenty of testing of game balance to be done. So my next update will be reasonably quick, with plenty of balancing after further testing.

These new items also give some nice ideas about future additions. Obviously with fuel containers in the ship, i should definitely look at it as a fire hazard! :o)
