v0.0.0.86 - Sandbox options

Have added some sandbox options when you start the game. Currently just Meteor frequency / damage and Solar Storm frequency / effect. Hopefully this gives a bit more variety. If anyone has suggestions for more options to add, please let me know.
Couple of other little updates:-
- added sound to the storm event
- couple of graphic updates (droid maintenance, particle effects in asteroid belt).
