v0.0.0.93 - Damage update (part 1.5)

So now  severe damage will stop items working (also get a flashing broken icon on them to let you know).  Storage items when severely damaged have a chance of losing resources.  Although I may change this to make resources unavailable - will see how playtesting and feedback goes.

Still more damage features to implement, in perhaps 1 or 2 more updates. Next up:- 

• Damaged Fuel/Air storage should have a chance of leaking (as part of the losing resources factor). Which means i should have a fuel leaks and fire risk! Damaged items have a chance of sparking = BOOM!
• Thinking of adding a scrap resource so when things are destroyed, some resources can be recovered (with maybe a recycling item or refinery can take scrap as well).
