v0.3.0.10 - New weapon systems

Big update in terms of the weapons. Now have a point defense cannon turret, which is more effective against pirates compared to the current laser turret. Pirates may also now be armed with a missile which again gives more reason for the new turret (more effective than laser). Cannon also consumes ammo, which can now be produced from the Armory.

Haven't update the demo here since end of November, so was due. As well as main addition mentioned above, several other improvements:-

• Droids now avoid items if they can, and pickup /dropoff from items adjacent haul spots. 
• Can now rotate items that have a haul spot, to aid station layout.
• Fuel/Water spills now implemented.
• Reimplemented drag camera with middle mouse button.
• And many performance improvements.
