v0.4.0.8 - French & Spanish Language Support

Now have  French & Spanish language support, I think nearly all in-game text has been updated. Although a few English strings may still need to be found and translated. 

New Repair Bay addition. Your mining droids can now be ordered to be repaired at the repair bay once built.  This will become more useful in upcoming updates, where you can fix passing spaceships, which will give you another revenue source.

This update also simplifies the build system.  You can now delete almost any floor or wall, and the game doesnt try to add additional walls to try and keep your station airtight. Due to this you may notice a new warning, when production items are not in internal areas of your station. A new overlay also helps you spot areas of your station that arent fully enclosed.
