v0.0.0.58 - Solar Connections

Solar connections now take damage, and can now see the effect of solar panels efficiency via it's connected path. So now it makes sense to use solar connectors to increase efficiency of solar panels. Info window has been altered to accommodate this info. Hopefully it's clear.  Couple of bug fixes:- solar panel building checks.  Oh and now droids move on their paths smoothly.
